I'm Diego Félix, a mixologist based in Cancún. My craft was shaped behind the bars of luxury resorts in the Mexican Caribbean.

From the rooftop
to your celebration.
I managed the Rooftop Bar at Garza Blanca Costa Mujeres from 2021 to 2025, designing signature menus and leading the bar team.
Before that I was head bartender at Hyatt Ziva Cancún and Panamá Jack, and mixologist at Melody Maker.
The menus I designed raised premium spirits sales by 15%: a well-built cocktail is also a business decision.
